I’m not selling anything.
I’m not looking for DMs.
I just want to share this in case it motivates someone who’s stuck where I used to be.
Eight months ago, I had a comfortable salary and a stable life. But I wanted more freedom. I wanted to live the digital nomad lifestyle with my family.
There was one problem:
I had zero experience with AI, automation, or building software.
Today, that same journey has generated over €100K in fully automated revenue.
Here’s what actually made the difference.
The Real Problem Wasn’t Skills — It Was Pattern Recognition
At the beginning, I thought I lacked technical knowledge.
I didn’t.
I lacked pattern recognition.
One day, alone in a hotel room without my phone, I spent hours talking to ChatGPT. That’s when something clicked:
The question isn’t “What can I launch quickly?”
The real question is:
What do large groups of people consistently want, urgently, and are willing to pay for?
That shift changed everything.
From Random Ideas to a Long-Term System
Instead of chasing trends, I studied:
- Search behavior in high-population countries
- Repeated pain points
- Urgency-driven problems
- Niches where automation was possible
I ignored curiosity-based traffic and focused on pain-driven demand.
I also set one strict rule:
Simple setup. Fully automated. No manual delivery.
If it required constant human involvement, I skipped it.
The Simple AI Stack I Used
I didn’t build a massive tech system.
I used a small, focused stack:
- ChatGPT for creativity and ideation
- Claude to design and build the website + system logic
- Perplexity for deep research
- Cloudflare (hosting + Workers automation)
- Stripe for payments
- MailerLite / Brevo for email automation
- HTMLtoPDF to generate automated PDF reports
That’s it.
No team.
No developers.
No investors.
The Business Model (Why It Scaled)
The model was simple:
- Offer a free personalized report for a specific industry
- Deliver real value upfront
- Offer a premium, automated version
- Deliver the paid version instantly as a PDF
No calls.
No onboarding.
No consulting.
No custom work.
Everything runs automatically.
Traffic → Free Value → Upgrade → Instant Delivery.
That system has now generated over €100K in automated revenue.
The ADHD Advantage (And the Danger)
ADHD helped me in one way:
- Ambition
- Optimism
- Relentless experimentation
But it also hurt:
- Too many tools
- Too many subscriptions
- Overcomplication
So I forced simplicity.
I cut everything unnecessary.
And simplicity is what made it scale.
What Actually Matters in Digital Solopreneurship
If I can leave you with anything, it’s this:
1. Build Around Real Pain
Curiosity doesn’t convert.
Pain does.
Find urgent, repeated problems people actively search for.
2. Think Longer Than Feels Comfortable
Most people rush into execution.
I spent time understanding patterns before building anything.
Clarity saves months.
3. Only Execute When the Model Is Simple
If your model depends on:
- Constant manual effort
- Daily active selling
- Complex funnels
It won’t feel free.
Automation should be baked into the foundation.
4. Learn Step by Step
You don’t need to understand everything upfront.
You only need to understand the next step.
AI tools make this easier than ever.
Final Thoughts
You don’t need a team.
You don’t need to be a developer.
You don’t need to know everything about AI.
You need:
- A real problem
- A simple automated solution
- A system that delivers without you
That’s what turned an idea into €100K in eight months.
If you’re building something right now — keep going.
